Trying to organize thoughts, feelings, aspects of my life and what I want to accomplish on a daily basis. It's so easy to get sidetracked in just a blink of an eye. You have to learn to roll with the punches, bask in the disjointed beauty of life, let go of what does not serve you or distrubs you. Make time for yourself, but also acknowledge and be grateful for the time you spend with others, their company and being.

There are many guided meditations and MBSR body scans on youtube. This is just one. Try to take at least 10-15mins for yourself everyday. Get started HERE.
