Honestly, I did not know what to expect with this book. The WHOLE Bible in just six images? That is a pretty lofty goal. Jason English has succeeded. It is simple in nature at first glance, but there is so much more to dive into. Each image is present on one page and then broken down into common threads in the Bible and there are notes for further reflection or study. Each image presents a masterful narrative that weaves itself throughout the Bible. Simple on the face of it and thought provoking in the end. One sees the connections and the moving of God’s plan and love.
