Difficult Emotions

I came across this article/blog and thought it very worthy of a share. I don't know about anyone else but it is difficult for me to process, separate and name my emotions and feelings. I was not taught how to do that. I don't know how to veralize it and at times how to show it. What happens? It gets stuffed back in deep down and compartmentalized. Forgotten, resisted or repressed. So at the times it is expressed it is in explosive outbursts from being kept in for so long. I don't know what to do with them. I am learning, but I am a slow learner. I will say that I am getting better a tad at a time and yes, I have set backs. But I recognize them and get back on track.

Difficult emotions are a great learning tool. IF we pay attention they will center you. You will know where this emotion is coming from and why. You will learn how and why you are feeling said emotion or emotions and be able to separate and pick them out. And in the end, you will learn more about yourself. Please read the blog below:
